Success tastes sweet for jam manufacturer Wilkin & Sons thanks to international food standards
Wilkin & Sons manufactures a wide range of jams and preserves sold in food stores across the UK and more than 60 other countries. Based in Tiptree, Essex, the family-run firm was founded in 1885 and currently employs some 170 people. In 2002, it signed up to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food.
